My parts came in today!!!! Due to it freaking raining all day the only things I was able to accomplish were my new air intake and take up the slack in my throttle cable with the zip tie method. Lots of work tomorrow rain or shine (wife's papaw is letting me use his garage).

You are better off cutting it out. The 92-96 had the "removable" floor shifter piece even if it was a 2wd. I'll show you a pic of just how mangled up mine is sometime. THATS what it took to remove that piece. I would have thought it was just some silicone adhesive. Nope its an industrial strength epoxy. I think its that Hilti Epoxy that is the only epoxy approved for use in construction of Interstate Bridges. Yeah. I mangled up the floor before I got the 4wd shifter plate out. But i finally got it. It really doesn't matter. Thr shifter doesn't connect to anything in thr floor except the boot just has 4 screws that go through it. I missed all 4 screw holes BAD and you can't tell up top.

Makes it pretty stringy and messy, but with a little patience, the pan will come off fairly easy...messy...but easy. Dont over soak it, but keep it damp and gently keep working it loose, comes right off. Found that trick somewhere online and it worked great when I replaced my shifter plugs.

It's a Canadian thing eh!
I got a sweet deal on some 79 F150 rims. They are 15x8 and I got them for 20$
They are a little rusty, but some sandblasting and grinding should clean them up nice. I ran them on the balancer and they are dead straight. Looking to buy some new tires for these and throw em on the truck.
One of them even came with a spare tire lol.
