Hey flare side is that different than the belt tensioner? I plan on doing it seems that the spring or something is sticking in it

yeahh normally when you get a squeaky belt its time to change the belt, the best tensioner, and the idler pulley that way you know all of the above are good 9 times outta 10 it will fix the squeak at least that's been my experience

The Idler Pulley is just a freewheeling pulley that doesn't drive anything... it's just there for proper routing of the belt... but it still has a bearing in it that wears out and squeals, followed shortly by freezing up and shredding the belt )
(The Tensioner is different... like you said it's spring-loaded to provide tension... though in some applications you'll have one unit doing both jobs.)

where do i start....

cracked the engine crossmember where my TTB drops bolt in so im doing a D60 swap now (still digging for the axle) picking up a new rear bumper for the 250, buying up parts to convert to RSK and SD leaf springs. also trying to work out a deal to get a powerstroke for the 250.
