Default Sas questions

Can I do a sas with stock coil buckets? The guy wants $250 for this Dana 44 off a 1979 f150. It includes the radius arms, center link, drag link, track bar and what ever brackets I need, question is can I use my radius arm brackets (drop down) and coil buckets?

Yes buy your springs won't be straight they will angled backward.

Look up 9.Ford.5's SAS build on FSB. Its what your looking for.

Yes I just did one with the same 79 dana 44 axle on my 96. The stock coil bucks work perfectly fine! Just if it's lifted you'll need radius arm drop brackets, which you already have so you're in good shape. Just don't forget ext. brake lines if you're goin higher. I did mine in about 2 days and went from 2wd to the SAS with 11 in of lift on 40s.
