Default New Vacuum Lines?

Still having a high idle issue with my truck so I'm going to replace the vacuum lines and see what happens. I know I broke some when I was working on the fuel injectors and tried to repair with heat shrink.

So my question is what all do I need to order from silicone intakes to replace the vacuum lines and where do I get a diagram of all the hoses that I need to replace?

Thanks in advance guys!!!!!

Diagram is on the airbox. You can use rubber vacuum hose.

^Yep! 5/32 to be exact, and about 20 feet of it, and two T's. I did it, works great.

When you say airbox, you mean where the air filter is? I don't think my truck has such a diagram on it. It's a 91.

I'm sure a Google search may turn up this diagram

To do just the small diameter vac lines you need ~22ft 4mm hose. To do everything you need engine dress up kit + 12ft 4mm hose. I just got the 22ft, and yes I had a foot or so left but better to have a little extra in case you want to route it differently.

Also I would recommend a 4-way instead of 2 T's, it'll save you some hose length as well as clean it up a little, both T's are hooked to the same line so a 4 way is just easier.

You also shouldn't need the diagram, I didn't, I just removed one line at a time and ran the silicone hose. There is a group of lines that are connected but just follow each one and unhook one side, replace w/silicone, then unhook the other side and replace. Should take like 20 minutes for just the small lines. The hardest one is pointed down on the left side of the engine, some find it easier to go up from underneath, I tried it that way but still had to do it by braille from the top. As I said I just got the 4mm but wish know that I would have done all of the hosing so it would have a nice pop when I open the hood, it does now, but the more the merrier.

So behind the intake manifold there is what looks to me like a white plastic junction that all the vacuum lines connect to. Do I eliminate that? Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

Yes you eliminate that. Mine didn't have anything connected to other lines, just a holder. The only thing that I reused was a white/black connector, passenger side, right next to the HVAC components.

Great good to know. I couldn't really get a good eye on it. Thanks for the help.
