Default tire problemo

Hey Guys,

I just noticed this today, although i have had the new tires on for a few days. (could be because i listen to the radio extremely loud, )

anywho - when im running about 30mph, my tires sound like they are wobbling because the lugnuts are loose and they feel like they are about to fall off. Again when i hit about 55 it shakes my whole truck, but only from about 53-57 mph and then it goes away.

I am scared as to why this is, i checked my lugnuts (on EVERY wheel) several times, and they arent getting any more loose. i did raise the truck up and take the wheels off and put them back on to make sure they werent crooked, and it still does this. they guy that put the tires on with me told me my right pass side wheel bearing is loose, could this contribute to it? could it also be the tires themselves?

sounds like they forgot to balance them.

Wheel bearing would make noise but, I doubt it would create a wobble....

i purchased them like they are in the picture. tires on the wheels. do they still need to be balanced? it just scares me. i dont want to overlook it and then it fall off, i have been there before, and it sucks. also, the tend to pull me all over the road, for one second i am going straight and then it pulls to the left, then all of a sudden they pull me back to the right. what about that?

Oh jeez! I thought you bought new tires.

Yeah! You would deffo want to get them balanced. Looking at the tread, I'd say it's a fairly aggressive tire so, 'wandering' may just be a side effect.....

i can take them to any tire shop and the can balance them? and they are pretty aggressive tires, and the wandering wont mess them up, just makes me look drunk sometimes, but its only been 3 days and i have already pretty much managed it

Yep, just about anywhere. You may want to call ahead and give them the tire size, etc. to make sure their machine can do it.

yeah definately would be a tire out of balance, to help with the road wandering a steering stabilizer would help alot, made a world of difference when i lifted my truck.

I wouldn't bother balancing them. Large tires don't balance well and they won't stay in balance very long, especially when your fender rips chunks off of them.

how much does an alignment cost? im about to get my lift put on because of the wheels touching the wheel wells so i need to get it aligned. and im thinking ill probably just get the tires balanced at the same time. does that all sound decent?
