Default How high do you rev?

Got this idea from another post. Regarless of engine type or size how high do you rev your engine on a daily basis?

(Post your engine/trans just for reference)

I rev to 5300 rpm pretty much daily in my 94' 5.0L Auto

I beat the snot out of it everyday!

I keep it at normal operating RPM's.. Unless I'm messing with my Cherry Bombs, pretty much every day. I like to rev it to about 4k, or higher.

It idles around 800 - 1000 RPM on account of some redneck modification my Grandpa & I did to the gas pedal cable.

'89 5.0L Auto.

In the F-150 with the L6 engine, I normally shift 1500 to 2k, I rarely take it up over 3k as it doesn't really like that much.

In the other ford, I shift anywhere from 3k up to 7k. Yes the factory red line is 6k. But it's not exactly stock anymore and dyno tuned / programmed / phase limited to 7200 k rpm's.

4.9 six cylinder. I usually shift around 3700 RPMs. Been as high as 4200. If I don't reach at least 3000 RPMs I won't shift to the next gear.

Wow, I barely get above 2200 normally..! But the 33s on 2.73s prolly has something to do with it.

The highest mine will rev at all is like 3600, then it shifts whether the pedal is all the way down or not. It used to shift no matter what at 3k but its slowly risen to. 3600.

O forgot to say mines a 5.0

in my 300-6 I usually shift at 1,500rpm and it usually never sees over 2,000rpm...

its a turd and I know it so why push it...?

my 88 GM sees 5,000rpm quite a bit...I love the sound of it...

my 283 in my chevy sees 8,500rpm more so than idle...every gear bang I can...but with the local police and noise ordinances its getting harder to get it out...

the old kz650 sees 10k alot....and I mean alot...

my 5.0 5speed sees the rev limiter about every time i drive it. i love the sound of it and cant help but rev it up when i see the rice burners with there fart cans, then they wanna race and get all offensive when my truck stomp's em on 38's haha. my old polaris predator 500 race bike had a stroker and a high rev kit and all kind of work and it hit the rev limiter at 12,500. it was mean
