Default Foamy coolant, hope I don't have a blown head gasket or a cracked head

I have 1996 F150 4.9i.l. 5spd with 128k miles

Several weeks ago I noticed coolant dripping from beneath the thermostat housing so I figured I'd put a new gasket, thermostat and rtv blue on it and everything would be fine, well that wasn't the case as several days later I noticed the leak again, now I replace the thermostat housing, temp sensor and a new gasket and rtv and replaced some lost coolant. Well, now the coolant is still dripping (worse, I think) and I have noticed the coolant is foamy.
I have not replaced the radiator cap and am really not sure if this could be due to a problem with the pressure. Also, I had a new fan clutch installed recently.
I afraid I may be looking at a blown head gasket or cracked head repair, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you so much

I had to say it.

Yes check the water pump, although that won't make it foamy. Pull the spark plugs and compare them to each other, take a pic of them and post it here. Then we can see if there's a possibility of a blown head gasket.

Default Thank you everyone for your suggestions

The foam in the coolant only happened once just after installing a new tsat, new test at housing and temp. sensor, hav'nt seen any foam since then. So today I decide to install a new water pump that I purchased from Napa, whether it needed replaced or not ( I've only owned the truck since Feb.2014 and am the 2nd owner)., honestly I think it was the orig. water pump, anyway after waiting an hour or so for the RTV to set up I poured in the coolant and it began to drip. It looks like there's a leak possibly at the base of the head, just above the left bolt on the water pump, but below the tstat.
I give up, it's going to the shop in a week or so after I scrape together $1500-$2000, just incase it's a head gasket or cracked head.
The oil and filter have about 1000 miles on it, still looks like new, nothing milky or foamy there. Ugh, very frustrated.... Thanks again

Double check the thermostat. It does like to slip out of the recess which makes it interfere with the block seal and then leaks. Seen it many times, did it once or twice too.

Did you check the timming chain housing behind the water pump?.Isn't there a water passage way through the timming chain cover?.
