Default Engine Start Squeal

I have a 1994 F150 with over 150,000 miles on it that has begun to squeal upon starting. It generally goes away after a few minutes idling but starts right up after sitting a short while and restarting. There doesn't seem to be any performance issues related to it. ie. Power steering is fine, no water leaks and engine temps fine. I have recently replaced the alternator (unrelated problem) and belt so I can rule those two out. Fluid level in the P/S unit was low and brought to full and same issue. I'm suspecting either water pump or P/S unit. Any good way to tell which?
Thanks.

Check the belt tensioner. It may be weak and not holding the belt tight enough.

Remove the belt, check for glaze & turn each pully by hand. Wouldn't hurt to check Alt. output when & when not squealing.
