Unhappy back tank pumps all to front but front dont work

the turck was worming up last winter. Both tanks was close to full. I was set to the front tank. When i got in to back out the driveway it died. I tryed and tryed to start it. No luck. sead humm. Fliped it to the back and went on my way. And forgot all about it in time. At some point fliped it back to the front and ran on it. But then saw one day this summer when i left it running to keep the cab ice cold with the AC . I saw the front tank running over. Sead hmm . Fliped to the front and whent on my way. But know its to the point the the front wont keep the truck running long enought to use all the fule befor it runs over the ftont. So i got a hose stuck in it to sysin it out and put the fule back in the back to use. . I have not done any thing to the truck since i have had it for the past 8 years but chang oil every 4,000

Check valve in pump is bad letting fuel backfeed into the tank you will need to get a new pump or try to find some of the inline checks that Ford used to help with this problem

Rear pump won't fit in the front tank.

I was willing to go through all the trouble of switching out pumps because that would cost me nothing. I tried taking bed off but the bolts just spin. Now I'm in it the cost of bed bolts and a pump est. $200. But considering I paid $200 for the truck, but if it gets me up and running so be it. Thanks ya'll for your help.
