Check switch wires for loose connections, everywhere on the switches, also the door actuators, in the door, check connections there, check out the rods they could be hung up on something or bent, u can test the actuator by giving it direct power to see then if its the actuator or something else, could be bad solenoid in the actuator.

Does it do it with either switch? If not, then it's most likely the switch. The acutators work by positive to one wire and negative to the other wire, which will be lock. Switching the positive and negative around will be unlock, so with them still working half way you know the acutators should be good.

I have a similar problem with my truck too. Do you know where you can get replacement switches? It sucks having to reach over in my truck to press the unlock on the passenger side door when I want someone to come in.

Start with the drivers switch, its the master, all circuits go through that switch. Go to this link for diagram. www.search.ebscohost.com User: greatfalls, Pass: public library, Select auto repair, year, make ect..

Yes, if the master (drivers) switch doesn't work then the passenger side won't work either. I forgot about that. Each switch completes the circuit so with one switch unplugged or broken the other won't work either.
