93 Flareside value
Hey everyone,
I have owned my flareside since '98 and have tried to take good care of it. Recently I purchased '01 4x4 off road supercab to pull my boat. Flareside just wasn't getting it done safely. So I check kbb for a selling price for the flareside. Around $2400 is the number it spits out. My neighbor says I'm crazy and should start at $6000.
It has been repainted in '05 and just got the hood repainted last week, new clutch from the fluid reservoir back, chrome rims, low profile tires, bed cover, 120k, no rust (I'm in the south), new glass pack muffler drops off behind passenger door, small oil leak (not from main seal).
Let me know what you all think is a good price.

It's hard to assess the value on something like that. Your truck is in far better shape than the average 93 f150. Here, in G@##!mned Indiana, I see trucks that are clapped out sell for $3500 but trucks that are in great shape don't get much more. The window for their value isn't very big. $3500 for junk and about $5000 for a gem.

Thanks for the replies, I think I'll put it at $4900

WOW
Man thats a great looking flareside. im still looking for a bedside for mine after i crashed it, i have searched everywhere within 100miles of where i live for one and haven't found it....here in indiana people dont like to get rid of they're fords or parts very easily, and when you do find a flareside the price on them is outrageous, as far as the price goes, i gave 3,500 for mine and it was in decent shape, only a small crack in the bedside. but i recently priced one in the same shape as yours at a dealership and they wanted 5,800.
If anyone has a bedside or knows where i can order a new one, please let me know. thanks

Hey man, I bought my truck for $4500 with 86000 on it. Now has 103000. I would start at $5000 and negotiate down to around $4200-$4300 if thats what it takes. Thats a real clean truck from what I can see. It's worth every penny to the person who buys it, cause if you take care of it it will last forever, thats why I say that price.
