1995 F150 4x4 plow with 4" lift and 33's

Moved the bobcat today. First pull with lift and tires. Did Ok, a little slow on take off as expected, but once up to speed limit (45mph) handled the load great. Not squirrely and straight as an arrow, with no strange surprises. It did squat a little. I really need to get the new O2 sensor installed.

Here is what I have so far. I pulled off the old brackets and installed the new up front just working on the one for the driver side axle. I took off the old one and fig good stopping point for today.

Will you be painting the whole truck or just adding the two tone? What color is the two tone truck, blue or dark grey? I like the combination.
Is everything coming apart ok? Or fighting you all the way, like mine? Torch to heat everything red hot was invaluable with all the rust I delt with. Are you over the "8-10 hours" of install time yet?

Installed O2 sensor today, went for a drive, CEL on again. Checked codes: KOEO; 212,332. KOER; 172, 538.
On read out showed O2 not working
Did google search, possible blown fuse. Yep sure enough. Replaced and will clear codes and retest tomorrow. I will get this figured out, one thing/day at a time.

Well replacing the blow fuse has, for now, fixed the CEL issue. (I hope) Went for a short drive (5-6 miles) Light did not come on. Didn't bother to check for any codes. Will drive to town tomorrow for a better test.

Everything came off with a lil force except the pitman arm so after breaking 3 pullers I took it to the alignment shop paid them 100 to remove it and install the new drop arm and then do the realignment. Tires still seem to be leaning in at the top some but guy said that all he could do for this model truck did you have any issues getting yours to the specs in the instructions?

Nice looking truck Chris, Good Job!
Mine is just out of perfect alignment, according to the sheet they gave me. I need to turn the camber bushings a little bit. The shop where I took it, AND I QUOTE: "We'll have to take everything apart that you did and start from scratch, going to be at least another a couple of hours and $140+; and we can't do it today...."
Needless to say; told them to set the toe and I ran! My tires lean in, ever so slightly in at the top, but was assured they would not wear.
I will will turn the bushings myself. Should take all of twenty minutes; everything is loose and I used plenty of never-seize. Still need to find another shop that I actually trust to do the job right. Just something else on the to do list.
