Default 1989 f150 fuel pressure

I have a 1989 f150 4.9 lt 4 speed 4x4 just installed new clutch in truck. The truck has been sitting for about a year. Now I have drove this truck about a hundred miles and it has started cutting out after it gets hot. I checked the fuel pressure cold and it checks 46 psi. I drove the truck about 10 miles today with the fuel pressure gauge hooked up when i got back home it started cutting out and the pressure was reading 20 psi and dropping by the sec. which fuel pump do I need to switch out first tank pump or the one on the frame rail or suggestion

Do you have dual tanks? If it runs fine with one tank but not the other then change the in tank pump of the affected tank. If both run equally crappy then it's probably the frame mounted pump.
