Picked up this center console from a new 2017 XLT out of the houston flood, Still had the new truck smell, Also picked up the painted vent trim parts for free from the same truck, I added katskinz leather and heated seats.

It's not hard per se, just a pita to find all the parts.

How was the console shift swap? Really what I mean was it expensive? Did you do it yourself?

Default console wiring

I'm looking to take out my jump seat and put in a console, I was wondering about the wiring for the console. I'm seeing that some people are saying they just plug it in under where the jump seat is and other people say that they can't get the lights to work in the console. can anyone point me in the right direction, thanks

Default My findings on the pinouts

I am in the process of swapping out my jump seat for a floor console and I am in the same boat as most. I dont have the big C215 connector under the dash. I spent some time in the shop today and traced all the wires for the power points and the lights in the console. I found that some of the lights have connections on both the big C215 connector at the front of the console, and the smaller C3133 connector on the bottom of the console on the passenger side. I tested all the lights and power points with a power supply and verified they work using the pins at the connectors. I wasn't able to test the cup holder LED strip. That light uses a LIN signal from another module to determine the color. I dont know what that signal is and I was unable to get the strip to light up with 12V in any configuration.

I am just going tap into somewhere that has power with the parking lights for the lights, and just jump my power point wires together to get them all working if needed. I hope this helps anyone else doing this swap. I had some trouble finding a good pin out of the big C215 connector, so I hope this will be helpful to someone.

If any of you still have the cup holder/tray in that gray/brown color, that is on top when folded down PM me if you would sell it. For that matter I would be interested in the whole back.
Thanks

Are you talking about the one in the back rest of the jump seat? I have 2 of them.
