No rust they haven't been used but 2 days and been sitting inside ever since but I'm located in cynthiana ky

Do they use the factory brackets?

They use the existing factory holes and nuts go on top

What year do these fit the web site only goes up to 2013 I have a 2014. If you still have them after this weekend I may have to message you about getting them. I'm in Campbellsville Kentucky so maybe be able to meet somewhere.
