Any folks with a 2WD and Bilstein's that could share some pics? I have a 2WD Screw and I'm looking at 1.75" Bilstein's up front and a 1" rear lift block to get closer to 4WD height while still taking out some rake.

I did the 2.1” setting on the 5100’s with my 2wd and a 1.25” leveling block out back. It had too much rake for me so I ended up putting a 1/2” spacer on top of the 5100. It still has a little over an inch of rake.

Looks great. I'd love to go to 2.1" but I'm keeping stock tires until they wear out so I think 1.75" is as far as I can go without too big of a wheel well gap. What size tires do you have? How is the ride with the Bilstein's maxed out?

Had the Eibach version of the 5100s installed at the top clip position yesterday & by measurement truck now shows a 1/2 rake. Almost looks a little reverse rake with naked eye but the tape measure shows otherwise. Hoping the fronts settle out a bit as with the towing I occasionally do it'd be nice to have a little more rake in it.

UPDATE: I now have Bilstein 5100s on the rear to go with the Eibach fronts. I must say the front Eibach struts were a night-&-day (massive) improvement in ride quality/handing over the OEM struts. Upgrading the rear was a much much more suttle difference over the OEMs... at least in city/hwy driving.

UPDATE: Hooked up & towed my trailer over the weekend. If I had to do it over again I would NOT have installed the struts on the highest clip position (2"), I would go 1 setting down. It's not terrible reverse-rake, but it's enough for me to consider adding a spacer block in the rear now.

Bottom line: If you tow you may want to consider not lifting the front 2 or more inches.

Pics are of my truck (post level) compared to co worker's stock configuration. Both trucks w/factory 18" rubber.

They are 275-65-18 which are the stock 4x4 size. Ehhh, they are a little more stiff than stock but it is ok with 35lbs in the tires. I wouldn’t say it’s too bad.

I have that setup in my truck, minus the rear block. i didn't want that much rake.

Thanks, jbeh and MarkY. Both of your trucks look great! Your truck is exactly what my build will be jbeh! Glad to see similar tastes on here.

Do you have any pictures of the 1/2 spacer that you added?

So reading through all this and other posting on levels and tires.. I have a set of 5100's coming in February. I have some 1.5 bora spacers going into my stock rims as well. I do not wish go go after market rim as I have not found a set that I am in love with completely. I have the stock 20's largest tire I can fit in there with minimum trimming is looking like 295/75/20.. is that a fair assessment think I can do a 305/65/20? Still trying to learn tire sizing properly so I may be way off..
