Had my buddy take some pictures for me today so this is the best I've got. I cut the corners out by making some cardboard templates of the wheel well curvature and to get the measurement of how far inward on the tool box I needed to cut I simply set it on top of the wheel wells and eye balled it.

This truck I went with weather guard, had others they always faded looked trashy after year or two.
How did you mount the tool box to your bed? I have the exact truck/tool box and cant figure out the best way to mount it without drilling new holes in the box.
