2010 f150 lariat. all of a sudden started runnimg rough, loss of power, rough idle loss of fuel milage and 12 engine codes

 

Need to know engine and exact codes. Start with basics: battery, battery terminals, battery cables, alternator output, grounds, visual damage, fuel, fuel filter, air filter, something unplugged, up to date maintenance?

Any messages on dash? Running rough on start up or during drive, around a turn, up a hill?

 

5.4l w the following codes. I read about resetting the adaptive memory? Could this be my problem. I did replace my battery a while back. I can't remember if this started right after that or not.
P0010 p/dcamshaft position senseor
P0020 p/d camshaft position sensor
P0102pd mass air flor sensor
P0141pd o2 sensor
P0155pd o2sensor heater
P0161pd o2 sensor low voltage
P0443pdevap control valve

 

It idles rough accelerates rough. Seems like it hits the rev limiter all the time when driving on the highway and it will die on the first start every time then stay running after the second start

 

From the looks of the codes I'm going to step out on a limb and say your cam phasers are shot, common problem with the 5.4.

One of the things Ford taught me in school about multiple codes is 1st code takes priority and to fix it 1st as it could be causing all the others. .

I have read about the evap control valve causing similar problems.. That is a DTC we don't usually see.

 

If the evap purge valve is allowing the fuel tank to be in a vacuum state all the time, it will cause some of your issues. I replaced mine on my 2009 at 120k miles.

Also on my truck, the abs, brake, traction control light all are on and intermittent light on saying to remove objects from passengers seat area. The door chime/ seat belt chime goes off for about 2-3 min every time I start the truck. Is this possibly all related with my poor engine performance? Possibly bad pcm. I had one guy tell me that he had the same problem and it was the chassis control module under the dash? Any thoughts on this. As far as it being possibly cam phasers. My engine doesn't make any noise. No ticking or anything that sounds odd to me.
