Hey guys, in need of a little help. In the midst of a project, and hit a small speed bump. If anyone has access to the wiring diagrams here, I'm looking for the pinout of the center console harness. The giant plug where all the wires come together. Don't want to screw anything up, so I need to be certain!

Thanks, definitely keep that if I decide to wire up the rear controls. Got it straightened out last night, but I'm planning to get this bugger wired up! I can taste the end result already...
That has to be the earliest model of Navigation I've seen in a Ford. I know in 03 they started giving that option in certain models, but I never saw one in an 02. The Blackwoods were only made in 2002.
You would need the original BW radio also for this unit to work. It will not work with any other head. I install Ford navi units as a sort of sideline, and the main head is the trigger. Most screens are built into the main head. You will need the antenna (special to GPS) that plugs into the BW head also. The extra wiring will be thru the black 16 pin plug for premium sound systems. This will go to the speakers and should give you the extra wires for the navi unit.
I left out that our Gen 10's can take the Escape navigation radio. It fits our configuration, but the rear inner part of the back dash needs to be removed to fit the built in navigation and CD changer. I currently have that in my 98 and it works great, with factory fit and finish.
The unit you showed must take the CD's thru the programmed radio to read the GPS and use the lower screen to show the images.
So it needs two antennas? I have the unit that sits in the center console; it has 3 plugs on the back, plus a slot for the antenna. I've got the wiring diagrams for the navigation unit, however the only wires that I saw coming off the Nav unit/ disc reader are as follows:
1. Hot wire
2. Hot wire (key on)
3. Hot wire (Headlights/ park lamps)
4. Dash illumination
5. Reverse
6. VSS
7. Ground
As far as the wires for the speakers, I did see them. However, I did not find any of them at the end of the large plug that mounts at the front of the console.
Can you post a picture of the fronts and backs of all the parts you have? Like I said, this is a first for me, and I've done navi swaps since 08 when they became hot items. I've just never ran across this set up. It still needs an antenna for the GPS to read the satellites from. Most Fords use this type plug in.
That I know for sure, though I asked if it needed two, as I did get one. It just mounts directly to the Nav disc reader that sits inside the center console. Pics of both the unit and reader, plus the backsides with the harness and antenna plug.
