I switched to a diesel and then switched back. I loved the power and towing of my F350. I wasn't really towing much anymore and the F350 just wasn't ideal anymore (Insurance was way more, needed a daily, didn't fit in the new garage, oil changes are pricey).

Very happy I'm back in a F150 now. Bonus for me is that if I ever need my F350, it's my Dad's now and I can borrow it

I don't tow much anymore so I've moved down to the half ton world. I enjoy driving my 150 more as a daily but on the two trailers I've hooked up to I miss my diesels for towing...and these were light trailers. 800+ ft/lbs of torque is a thing.
Yeah.... I tow a 17.5 foot race boat and a 24-foot pontoon twice a year.

I'll always love my F-150(s), but I needed a truck that could handle a slide-in camper. F-150s can handle some of the lightest slide-ins (w/heavy duty payload package), but I wanted more options. the F-150 community is generally way more into modding, which is why I still hang around and admire the beauty of these trucks.

the diesels are the prestige and have the towing power, but I was looking for payload capacity in the truck bed, so gasser was my choice (hundreds more pounds of payload capacity for each trim).

Still love the old school trucks and cars, always will. Very nice job, it's beautiful!

Been raining in SC, so I'll be cleaning mine at the last minute, for our show this weekend.
