I bought a set of Crown lowering shackles for a 2" drop and re-drilled them for a 1" drop. I also changed the tires from a 265/60/18 stock size to a265/65/18 Yokohama.
It sits exactly 1" higher in the rear vs the front with a full tank of gas.
I raised the front of my 2010 Lariat with level kit and few months later developed a knocking in the steering column. So, this time I went the shackle route.

Someone should send this photo to Ford. I might print it out and every time I have to take my truck in I'll shows this to the service manager. Maybe this has something do with the issue. Lol.

They are more then likely on break or they are waiting for their job to come to them. Their particular job for the day may have down time. Or for all we know they've been playing that same match for over week in their down time...
