Eh...you've got the same kind of projects as we do so I understand not dumping that kind of money into performance. Honestly sometimes I wonder if I should have taken the Procharger money and just dumped it into my 63 or my Lightning...but I do love having a quick daily. Just sucks that it is SO heavy and even with close to 450 to the wheels it isn't super fast.

Finally got my engine cover on. Sorry for the dirty pictures...was too hungry last night to clean it once I was done...

These pictures show how I ran my new hoses, couldn't find the green stripe hose so I put conduit over them.

I have that same hesitation to supercharge mine, not sure if it is really worth the cost.

Where did you buy the quick connects and the gates shrink clamps? Also what size clamps are those? I got an engine cover and wanted to route the hoses exactly like this but cannot locate the right size clamps and the fittings.

Truck looks sick btw!!!

Thanks,

Clamps #32929
Amazon.com: Gates 32929 PowerGrip Hose Clamp: Automotive Amazon.com: Gates 32929 PowerGrip Hose Clamp: Automotive

Connectors #28505
Amazon.com: Gates 28505 Heater Hose: Automotive Amazon.com: Gates 28505 Heater Hose: Automotive

Hose #28448 (the preferred hose to use but I couldn't find it, other than at ridiculous prices for a roll, I ended up with regular Gates heater hose from O'Reilly's)

These connectors and clamps are not cheap but well worth the clean OEM look. I have over $100 in these hoses.

Thanks, now I just have to wash it. With this cover I am a little more willing to wash the engine since it covers it up a good amount.
