Since I'm painting it. All the cracks and seams have to be perfect. Hopefully no more resin tomorrow. Im ready to start sanding and doing the finish work.

 

Is it going to be painted to match the dash or black like the lower piece?

 

Im going to go with a flat black like the lower piece and paint the radio bezel. I picked up a ***prestine*** one from the junk yard today for $3 bucks.

 

That'd be simpler anyhow because it won't have the same texture as the upper dash

 

Got all this for 10bucks at the junkyard today.

All that for $10? The switch assembly alone goes for $50 on Ebay! By the way, I love your definition of "Double DIN" - Installing 2 single DIN units is INCREDIBLE! I hope you have a 200 Amp alternator that comes off the P71 Crown Victoria.

I see the cup holder's gone. Since you've done such a great job on the floor bezel, you could have slid that Uniden CB into the space for the cup holder, and have much less fabrication work to do!
