75w90 or 80w90 will work, use one with limited slip additive in it then you don't need to worry if you have LS or not. Newer vehicles will use 75w140, this can also be used.

I'm not familiar with any MAF kits myself but I do know most of the Ford Racing Cams can have problems even with a factory MAF system. Like many aftermarket cams they were designed for drag racing....
