you could go down to 4” pretty easy with knuckles and blocks, but the damage is done when they cut for the new cross member.

not sure about the pump as these donít go bad...

not sure about the pump as these donít go bad often but, the driver module does.. definitely change it. you will find it mounted to the frame rail .. possibly corroded to it.

yeah ... always check the fuses first, troubleshooting 101, normally the FPDM will protect the fuel pump, but it also will take out fuses. Glad you got her running.
