Ignition upgrade + timing bump + spark plug gap increase = bigger spark and more complete burn..
then headers.. long tubes preferably going through either true dual 2.25" or single it into a 3"...

nah just put the leveling kit, or more preferably, some 2-3 inch lift springs from broncograveyard.com and longer shocks and brake lines if needed, def recommend getting lift shocks of a good brand...

Nah man..the C6 is only a 3 speed. No overdrive. the AOD and E4OD would go into overdrive at that point.
