Try checking your MAF sensor too. Don't know if cleaning it will help any, but I had a similar problem on my 00 v10 during acceleration and that solved my problem!

I would go with 3" lift spindles up front, keeps all geometry/shock size the same. Ran them on my 99 with no worries. Coil spacers over 2" put a lot of strain on your front end

I was thinking about switching them back...

I was thinking about switching them back eventually, just lower on the list lol and yeah the gas is a little worse that the f150 but oh well.

I used mothers mag and aluminum polish on a used...

I used mothers mag and aluminum polish on a used set I bought with a polishing wheel and a drill. My wheels were worse than that when I started and came out great

There has to be something because I saw a dodge last week with the CIPA mirrors and the had what looked like a factory turn signal in them. So there has to be a way to do it and they just don't wanna...
