Do you remember where you got your axle shaft?? The last ones I bought came with studs, lug nuts, seal and bearing and were about $120 each.

That's what I was afraid of. I replaced the axle shaft not too long ago too so that makes it worse. There is significant slop in the wheel end so I'd say there is shaft and bearing damage.
