I have a 5.0 supercrew, longbox, 3.73 axle, 8200GVW and seem to be averaging a little over 14 MPG around town. The truck is 8 months old now and has just under 8000 miles on it. Just changed over...

Took delivery last week,
2012 Scab, golden bronze, 8' box, 5.0, 3.73, 8200 GVW
Averaged 14+ MPG with 9'6" 2300 lb. camper onboard

Should never let your fuel go below 1/4 tank as the fuel pump cools better when immersed in gasoline. Letting it drop to empty will cause premature fuel pump failure.

I want to put a light weight camper in a 6.5 box...

I want to put a light weight camper in a 6.5 box and want to reduce the weight on the rear axle and get a little more weight over the steering axle.:unsure:

Spare Tire

Hi There,

First post, does anyone know of a kit to mount the spare wheel and tire assy. on the front of an F150 in order to reduce the rear axle weight and get more weight over the front axle.
