On my 76 F150 with a 300 and c4 it has a leak where " correct me if in wrong" the adjustment screws are for the bands. There are 2 one on each side with a square head it looks like its leaking around...

Turned out to be the igntion switch. It would send voltage in the start position but not the run position. That's why it would start then die. But I do got another question down on the intake...

yea after i got to looking at the heads the stage 2 would be better for that small lift cam but if that other tells us wich cam he has on his 2v the stage 3 would be better for it with the higher...

SHM is Sean Hyland Motorsports, i looked on there page but all i saw was cams for 3v and 4v, mines 2v.

Longer duration and more lift just keeps the valves off the seat longer and opens them...
