I have a VCT solenoid from my 04 and I have a IWe valve if that is what you are looking for. Both are used with roughly 55-60k miles on them. I believe they are in working order. Pm me if you want.

I would not use a jaw type puller. They make a puller specifically for harmonic balancers that uses the threaded holes. Your local parts store may have them for rent or I got mine from sears

Yeah running good. Occasional rough idle but I am going to change plugs again since I had changed the plugs the first time before all of the timing stuff was replaced.

Yeah the dealers will tell you that is low but they like to sell you heads or a new engine. My motor has 67k on the clock and is within spec at 2000 rpm, oil at temp and is within spec at cold start...

Most likely it is something other than the PCM causing it to run rich. Could be o2 sensors, timing, vacuum leaks, or number of other things. The PCM is just responding accordingly.

The bolt is not part of the kit but I am telling you from experience that when you remove the harmonic balancer that bolt should not be reused. It's only a few bucks from your local ford dealer.
