Yeah, I've read that .. it doesn't make sense. They say they modified the sub frame for airflow. Nothing said about the EPAS issue.

I don't know exactly what you are trying to say. I plow the drive 2 to 6 times a year. The Jeep, which does a fine job is 232 c.i. = 3.8 L. Should I drive a 6.2 L, all year long, to be able to plow 2...

There is no good reason to have a 6.2 to plow snow. I wanted to do my drive, not Wal-Mart's parking lot. The only reason it's possible with the 6.2, is because it has hydraulic P/S. .. not EPAS!

I don't know for sure, that the ICM has to be changed, if you are willing to setup the "delay" manually. Otherwise, the delay is set via the instrument cluster information.

On some of the earlier trucks, the ground side went to the heater control module and the hot side went to the BCM. I don't currently have access to wiring information.
