I put 285/75/r16 on my 2003 supercrew with a 2" front level kit. They fit the fenders, but rubbed the sway bar. No badly, but a little annoying.

JVC KW-NT3HDT Double DIN

Here's a pic of a double DIN JVC nav unit installed with a Metra 95-5818 installation kit. As others have noted, it takes a little cutting on the bezel and the plastic behind it. But take it slow...

I have a 2003 supercrew with stock 16" rims, 2.5" front leveling kit, and 285/75/16 BF Goodrich tires. When I crank the wheel they rub on the sway bar. Annoying, but not horrible. I just have to be...

I have an '03 Super Crew and I installed a JVC KW-NT3HDT double din nav unit using a Metra install kit and a lot of very careful cutting. It definitely took awhile, but the results looked pretty...

28575r16

I leveled the frontend of my 2003 2WD Supercrew and bought 285/75R16 (33") tires for my factory rims. Unfortunately they rub on the sway bar during a tight turn. Thought about getting wheel spacers,...

I did an online search and found a lot of good info about installing a double din in a 2003 F150. Crutchfield didn't have any suggestions. Looks like I'll need to get out the Dremel and start...
