Well the secondaries run off of vacuum, right? So wouldn't it want to open up at a lower rpm to be wide open at a higher rpm?

My dad had a 85 f150 with the 6 cylinder power house and that thing was a tank. All it had done was 3.73 gears beefed up driveshafts and a LSD in the rear. I remember him tearing down this big ass...

Has anybody ever heard of a np435 4 speed being made to a 5speed. So you can have a low ass first gear and an overdrive gear.

If I remember right you need just a hair or two thicker of one and it will seal it up perfectly. My dads had that same problem and mine does to. If you leave it like it is and let the warm grease...
