Thanks, I will see if CR Lawrence still has them, and not necessarily, they are usually tinted to keep the sun out, besides when it is open it will let the heat out.

I am getting 12v +\- when switched on one wire, but millivolts on the other, I will swap the window switches from my other truck and see what happens, hopefully it is that simple.

Check for voltage at the battery with the truck...

Check for voltage at the battery with the truck running, if it has 14v+ the alt is good, if there is less than 13v the alternator is bad, and if there is 11v or less the battery is bad.

You will need a big block trans, the 400 has a different bellhousing than a small block, you should have went with a 351w it will bolt right up. You can use the same mounts as a small block.
