BTW, I wouldn't say 100% that the wire colors will be correct for the diagrams. HOWEVER, the pin location will be correct. Just be aware that I've seen the wrong colors listed, depending on the year....

I believe it is fuse number 2 in the box under the hood. It also runs the instrument cluster though, so you might have something else wonky.

I've never seen one without it... maybe later it was moved to the instrument cluster though (anyone know for sure?). There will be a button on the end of the shifter - push it and see if it turns on....

If there are no rocker arms, all of the valves are closed. No place for the compression to go. I guarantee this is his issue.
