you could have a new bad master. I have had it happen to me before. Also when is the last time you flushed the whole system? Every time i change or do any brake work i always flush out the system....

your also suppose to blead the pressure off the system first. removing the gas cap does not so it. Pull the fuel pump fuse and try starting it to release pressure.
