Remove the arm rest and pry from the bottom

You should be able to see each point the panel is connected to metal door
frame by the plastic door clips...then stick the curved forked removal tool under the plastic lip and pry outward...then...

Take off the blue caps over the bulbs. I think they are called diffusers. I did that and sprayed a fresh coat of white on the inside of the cluster housing and it made a big difference!

If I were you I would replace the rubber orotund the window. To me it's going to be almost impossible to remove the window with damaging the rubber. And even if you do it's almost guaranteed to leak.

If its sealed you may not be able to. Look into carb while its running. You really shouldnt be able to see the fuel. If you see drips and such its probably time for a swap/rebuild.
