I wanted to see if anyone has experienced this issue I have been having with my 2014 f150 platinum. Occasionally when driving at low speed the truck hard shifts from 1st gear to second and makes a loud banging noise and fills like a hammer hitting the underside of the truck. I took it to the dealer a few times already and they are enable to recreate the issue. The last time I took it in the dealer put a diagnostic tool in the OBD2 port and I drove it for a couple of weeks and of course it didn't do it. the funny thing is when I was driving back from the dealer it did it again. I'm stumped on this issue and would appreciate some advice from anyone that may have experienced this issue.

I really like them. They stop well, and are smooth and quiet.

Yeah, my truck's a 2003 with 4-wheel disc brakes. I'm not sure what it would take to convert rear drums to disc.

They are Powerstop and I got them from Autoanything.com. The kit for all 4 wheels (rotors and ceramic pads) was right about $400. I couldn't get the 15% off code to work online, so I called them and they did it.
