Hey Shaar, I've seen lots of your postings on the thread "All things HID here!!!" and just wondering if you can answer a question for me about putting in a halogen light bulb to a hid conversation kit into my 13 FX4 with daytime running lights.

I already have the hid kit for the truck ( OPT7 35w 6000k high/low beam) but I don't know if it is safe to run the lights as is or if I have to get a relay/error cancel harness for the light to work properly. I had another forumer telling me that its fine and to plug in and go but i don't know if i can trust him.

I hoping you can help me out with this.

Hi Shaar, I'm a new member on the forum however I have been visiting the site for quite a while as a guest reading lots of exciting comments and looking at some of the best looking Ford's I have ever seen.

I've seen lots of postings by yourself on one particular thread "All things HID here!!!" and just wondering if you would be able to recommend any particular HID kit for my 2012 F150.

Here's my assumption so far... 35w Kits with 6000K bulbs seem to be the way to go. I've yet to order my truck but would like to buy the lights ahead of time so that I have them when my truck arrives. I plan on putting them in my headlights (high/low) and Fogs.

I hope I am not pestering you with this, and Thanks in advance!
