If you're trying to tell what type, (i.e. spacer, blocks, struts, air bags, etc.) it should be fairly obvious. It's not a block to level the front on your model, and air bags are unlikely unless there's a PSI indicator somewhere in the truck. Your most likely running a spacer or bilstein/rancho shocks. Just take a peak at the suspension. It should be fairly obvious if there's a spacer. If you need help send me a picture of your front suspension and I'll tell you what type it is.

I can also look into what type of kit you have if you can at least give me measurements of your spacer.

ps- a 1" spacer does not = 1" leveling kit. My 2 inch spacer was 1.5 inches. Short answer as to why this happens is geometry. Hope this helps.

Sorry, I don't get on here much, but to answer your question there's really no way of telling unless you strip it off the truck (or can get a tape measure and only measure the kit). If you do manage to measure the actual kit, you'll have to find the manufacturer and their specs on kits for 2012 f150s to see which one it matches.
