    everything lines up perfect...because the lightning engine is a 5.4L, the motor mounts are the same, only difference is you need a 4x4 oil pan, which i had from the original engine...as for the tranny, yes it is a zf, and since ford released f250's with a 5.4L and a zf6 2wd and 4wd starting in 2002, there were no issues with the bellhousing
