yes I added blis to my 2020 xlt 302A. The 2019 should be the same as mine. i got the 4 wire harness from Donjuan2002. He makes a really good one.
In my case I installed Morimoto led tail lights with the blis pockets in them. i bought used blis modules off ebay for ~$80 each and installed them in the morimoto tail lights. You can also use OEM taillights but I couldn't find a deal on them.
Coupled with the led taillights I replaced the wiring harness that goes from left to right to the tail lights. The four wires then tie into this harness.
I can get you links to where I bought the harness and the blis modules, all came off ebay.
In addition I changed the mirrors to add the blis lights into them. I changed the door wire harness to add the mirrors with blis.
