I have tried pulling nozzle out with no luck. As far as over filling ever? I usually would never over fill due to having changed 2 of my kids charcoal canisters innthe past due to then overfilling their vehicles. I will probably just end up bighting the bullet and replacing the charcoal canister. Hopefully i can find one used for half the price

Thank you, and thank you for being my first contact with anyone in the group!!! I say "I've come full circle, kinda!" My first truck, the '07 Ranger, is eerily similar - white Ford 4X4, Cap, black wheels... only the Ranger (I hate to admit, I put over $10k into) Go to the Gallery and search for mine - the cover photo will show you what I mean! https://www.f150forum.com/g/user/431774

I know this isn't manifold gasket.. But I'm getting ready to start with the VALVE COVER gasket on a 1987 F-150 4.9l inline 6. I noticed no one mentioned taking the 2 bolts out of the EGR valve and leaving the line hooked up...I'm just inquiring because I've seen some videos like that. Where they take the 2 bolts out instead. Is this wrong or am I missing something here? Because I do believe the 2 bolts seem way easier with same results... If someone could help please. Thank you in advance for your time...

After the dealership had my truck for months and replaced the SYNC twice, come to find out FORD published a corrupt update and fried my unit.
