    Hi, Amber--I ordered a bed cover that was delivered to me on Saturday, but the box was damaged when it was delivered . . . order number 6445854

    I submitted a return and replacement request yesterday, and have received no response . . . I have tried calling in to the Customer Service line and was informed my wait time is more than 2 hours!

    Can you help get this issue resolved?

    I would like to pull the trigger on a bed cover for my new truck, but confused on the Bak options. I had a fiberglass BakFlip on my last truck and liked it. But I see options for F1, FiberMax, and the MX4 aluminum cover to name just a few. With lots of conflicting info on the differences. In AZ with a 2024 F150 6.5’ bed. Also, I had the 5.5’ bed with the old cover so not sure what to expect for difference in that and longer bed. Help?

    I was referred to the forum by a friend. My son has a 2018 F150 FX4 XLT. He is wanting a hard, folding bed cover for Christmas. Do you have any your recommend? I've just started the process of looking for best options. Thanks Joey
