I let my Ecoboost go because of the oil dilution problems. I let the dealer try the TSB fix, but it didn't fix the oil dilution problem and by reading of how EB owners are now worried about stretched timing chains with low miles, I didn't want to be a guinea pig anymore and went back to basics with the 6.2L. I enjoyed driving the EB and it pulls hard, but I'm also impressed with the 6.2L and want to boost it up the performance of the motor, but worried about the tunes and etc. With your installation of headers by the dealer without the tune is refreshing to know and I will probably do the same within the next few months.
