The airlift system is for adjustable load stabilization and ride height control when towing or hauling.
I'm actually trying to hunt down the grill brand as someone PM'd me about it a week ago. I actually bought the truck slightly used and I think it may have already been done b/c I can't find any receipts for it. Unfortunately it doesn't have anything printed on it that I can find. If I figure it out I'll let you know..
Good stuff. I'm sure you can get something fabbed up for the bumper if it bothers you. As long as you get the gap guards the PA body lift looks real clean.
What brand of gears are you planning on?
My next item is adding a AirLift Ride Control kit with the wireless remote. I have the whole thing sitting here but my garage is full and I'm not going to sit out in the snow to do it. *Maybe* going to TC or SC in spring as well.
In hindsight I wish I would have gone with 4.88s. The 4.56's are fine for most driving, but the roads around my house have some 10-12% grades and when I'm towing or hauling heavy it struggles going up.
Where'd you end up getting the body lift from? PA come up with something for you?
Mine is from Performance Accessories. I'm pretty sure it was part # 70063. For the 04-05's the kit is good for all models, it wasn't until the 06-08's that they excluded Flaresides for some reason. I'd recommend calling PA and seeing if they can do some mix and match.
