    my bad i took so long to reply but wat i did was take everything a part and switched out the bulbs for leds in the speedometer i also put some refelctive backing where the clear diffuser is to spread the led light more and the controls are very small smd leds that u have to swith out the greens ones to wat ever color u want by using a soldering gun
