    hey bud haven some probs with my 97 f 150 just seized up and seen u have some experiance wit these motors but had good oil pressure and not running hot but was making a loud knocking noise around oil pan and trans and motor started up one day put in gear and sounded like something broke and motor locked up changed oil and no metal or coolant in motor dont know what else to do any ideas thanks

    I just paid for and printed the label. It's very difficult for me to get to the post office during the day so my fiance is taking the package to the PO tomorrow. Tracking number is 9406 2036 9930 0005 4451 93. usps.com shipping total was $31.45. How is my 06 Roush upper and lower set coming. ?
