I assume you are talking about the dunes West on Montana. I don' t know what sac is. I used to go hunting pretty often and spent alot of time off road, but I haven't spent any time in sand. Unfortunately I am now too far from my family property and haven't hunted much this year. Killin me. I can't wait to get some real tires though.

Hey there! Thanks for the compliments! The light bar ran about $200 plus shipping from Randy Ellis Design, and the PIAA lights totaled about $450 for the set. I haven't four wheeled south of Albuq in years. Usually go out west of Rio Rancho to the Rio Puerco or trailing in the Jemez some. Really cool you know the area. Should get a group sometime for an offroad trek somewhere.

The X3 is the way to go. Great bang for the buck, wish I had gone that way and saved some $$. I ike the gauges of the livewire but do not use that often. The 2 perf tunes are highly suggested and you will love them. Especially the difference between the 87 and 91 or 93.

As for the mpg one, get it cause it is party of the bundle, but understand that most do not like them cause of the sluggish shifting needed to gain the MPG increase. You will get a MPG increase with the perf tunes if you dont WOT all the time and never really use the MPG tune.

You will list any and all of the mods that you have that affect performance in order to get the most out of everything. You will need your HEX code on your computer and if your superchips can read it the strategy code from your truck.

As for the difference between the canned and custom I have no personal experience so I cannot say. But, I will say that the canned tunes are in no way designed or written to do the hundreds of adjustments that a custom tunes entails, not by a long shot. So that would seem to suggest that canned is just an aggressive version of the OEM tune.

Plan on 2-4 weeks depending how busy he is and he is not a very big communicator while he is writing don't get frustrated if he is not responding to all of your emails. However, when the tune is ready and from there out he will be in contact quite often. Save his emails and quote and reply through those emails directly so you do not lost in the clutter of emails and the spam filter.

Good luck, you will love it!
